Global Package Management – OEM Interface & Expediting
Global Package Management – OEM Interface & Expediting
Harluc Projects delivers end-to-end Package Management services, acting as the critical interface between oil & gas operators/EPC contractors and OEM equipment suppliers spanning heaters, flow meters, valves, and other critical process equipment packages.
Our role covers the full package lifecycle: establishing communication plans and running kick-off meetings to align scope and expectations from day one, chairing regular progress meetings to maintain visibility and momentum, and managing documentation reviews to keep technical submissions on track. Where issues arise, we manage deviations and concessions rigorously protecting technical integrity while keeping schedules moving.
Expediting is central to what we do both desk-based and on-site including management of sub-suppliers, to proactively identify and resolve schedule risk before it impacts the wider project.
We also manage document control and ensure compliance with wider operational requirements, including ATEX certification, and the delivery of installation, operation and maintenance (IOM) manuals. Working closely with maintenance teams, we support spareage philosophy development — identifying required spares or suitable equivalent stock items to optimise spares holding, balancing operational readiness against unnecessary inventory cost.
We've delivered this across complex, multi-vendor environments in Northern Europe, the Middle East, and the UK, giving us a proven ability to navigate different regulatory environments, supply chains, and cultural working practices.
